3/16/2019 0 Comments Textedit App For MacFollow these steps to install IBM Client Application Access (ICAA) on Mac OS if the installation isn't done for you. Iseries access for mac download. Now unzip the acs_mac_app.zip file into /Applications which will add content to /Applications/IBM i Access Client Solutions.app unzip acs_mac_app.zip -d /Applications You should now have 'IBM i Access Client Solutions' with an icon in the /Applications folder, as shown below. I'm not aware of an 'iSeries Access for Mac' product version. I think there is one for Linux and there might be some potential there depending on what OS your Mac is running (I'd be surprised, but 'nix stuff can sometimes surprise pleasantly.) However, I'm pretty sure some iSeries Access functions can be done on a Mac by various other products. ![]() ![]() Ok, this is annoying. Just started happening this morning and I can't figure this out. I can't open *any*.rtf file on an external drive connected to my Airport now. *from finder* I can SAVE a.rtf file on my external drive no problem, If I try to open it from finder. I get this message. If I open Textedit and browse to the file. If I try to open the file with any other app *from Finder* I get the above message, from any app, I can open it just fine. This is just with.rtf files. I can still open any other file just fine. Eject/reconnect drive, still can't open. TextEdit 2.7.2 - iOS 11 Files app document providers supported. You can now open/save all kind of documents directly from the new Files app, so TextEdit+ can now access any iOS document provider like OneDrive, GDrive, Dropbox, Box, webDAV, etc.
